Research interests

My research interests focus on mathematical modelling of biological networks using methods from computer algebra and dynamical systems theory. In this context, the integration of “-omics” data obtained from diverse clinical conditions is also envisioned. 

My other interests include modelling of time series data obtained from Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings to better understand the disease progression.
